Dining: Waterfall Resort is known for its excellent food. Meals are served in the guest dining room overlooking Ulloa Channel. All entrees, breads, pastries, soups and salads are prepared fresh daily by our professional chef, Stuart, and his staff. Any guest medically required to have a special diet can be accommodated with 30 days notice prior to arrival.

Breakfast starts your day right and includes a choice of hot beverages, juices, hot/cold cereals, yogurt, assorted baked goods, breakfast meats, and eggs prepared to order.

Lunch is served on-board your boat; why interrupt the action? It includes hot/cold beverages, assorted sandwiches or fried chicken, chips, fresh fruit and vegetables, and homemade cookies.

Dinner is hearty; you'll appreciate it after your busy day. It includes prime cuts of meat and fresh Alaskan seafood with all the accoutrements: complete fruit and salad bar, soup, homemade baked goods, desserts, beverages, and complimentary wine.
