Chimichurri is so versatile and delicious. It is a no cook sauce that is traditional on flank steak but goes so well with fish. This is a great weeknight meal and can also be a fall favorite as a duet with beef or lamb. The flakey tender halibut pairs so well with this fresh and balanced herb forward sauce.
